Tumi Vapor International Multicolored Carry On Luggage

Adorable Tumi luggage hard shell 4 wheels spinner ,structure is working well just the cosmetic parts is the only flaws as you can see on the picture the exterior plastic film had scraped/peeled and has like bubble formation on it but not really look bad as it blend in in this multicolored beautiful bag.The handle has scraping too but no affect on the integrity of this bag.This can also repair by Tumi for free?
